Carmen is retired Army Nurse who retired after 27 years of service in 2015. After retirement she transitioned into aesthetics, health & wellness. She is a graduated from Purdue University with her Advanced Nurse Practitioner Post Certificate, a Master Science in Nursing from Phoenix University, and a Bachelor Science in Nursing from The University of North Carolina.
She believes “prevention is paramount” when it comes to aging gracefully and that real results are achieved gradually in a subtle and transformative manner. Her assessment and treatment plans are comprehensive.
She provides her patients with the perfect blend of science and art, yielding an unsurpassed confidence in her treatments.
Michelle Diaz, LPN
Facial Specialist, Laser Technician
Michelle is the child of military members, who started her medical career as an intern with Salvation Army Family Services. She earned her LPN license in Waynesville, MO in 2001. She followed up on her passion for helping others by continuing her education at Columbia College where she earned her BS in 2015, and later continued her education at Chaminade University in Hawaii to receive her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counselling.
Michelle is jointly certified as a facial specialist and laser technician and loves the opportunities to help others achieve their perfect look.

With a strong passion for healthcare and beauty, Elba embarked on her journey by earning her Medical Assistant certification and diploma in 2003 from High-Tech Institute. Her dedication to enhancing wellness and beauty led her to further certifications in Reflexology and Full Specialist License at the prestigious Hollywood Institute in 2014. Elba is a board-certified Full Specialist Esthetician, and for the past nine years, she has honed her expertise, specializing in the art of aesthetics. Meet Michael, a true product of the military lifestyle and a seasoned hospitality professional. His journey in the world of hospitality commenced at the renowned Walt Disney World Resort and has since taken him through the gates of every major theme park in the heart of Orlando. Currently, Michael is passionately pursuing his Hospitality Management degree, with a focused concentration on both theme park and attraction operations, as well as spa management. Since 2020, he has been a valuable member of the Aesthetics Health and Wellness team, contributing his expertise to elevate our guest experiences.

Deborah is a distinguished alumna of Pfeiffer University, where she earned her coveted degree in 1995. Her academic pursuits illuminated her path towards the realms of business and marketing, fostering a reservoir of knowledge and expertise that she now brings to the table.
Deborah possesses a genuine passion for helping others discover practical solutions. Her background and expertise make her a valuable asset, and her warm-hearted approach ensures a supportive presence when navigating challenges.
Earl Brewster, MD
Medical Director
His scientific qualifications as doctor come from a family tradition. He gained young a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Morehouse School of Medicine, in 2007.
As part of his academic work, Dr. Brewster has published studies and given presentations. In 2014 he was awarded
a fellowship by the American Board of Obstetrics and
Gynecology.
He completed a Gynecology Fellowship in Advanced Pelvic Surgery and Robotic Surgery at the University of Augusta, Georgia, in 2015.
His expertise allowed him to enter the competitive American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship Program directed by Dr. Michael Rodriguez, a Board-Certified Physician
